Er komt iets buitenaards naar Arkham in The Blob That Ate Everything Scenario Pack voor Arkham Horror: The Card Game! Dit standalone avontuur, dat voor het eerst in première ging op Gen Con 2019, neemt spelers mee terug naar de wereld van H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos, waar net voorbij de rand van Blackwater iets onnatuurlijks uit de hand is gelopen. Nadat een vreemde meteoor insloeg, werd de stad afgesloten door een schimmige overheidsinstantie. Niemand mocht de stad verlaten en alleen een paar geselecteerde onderzoekers mochten naar binnen. Totdat het ding uitkwam. Nu begint de tijd te dringen en breekt de hel los in Blackwater. Zelfs terwijl de anomalie blijft groeien en alles op zijn pad verslindt, wordt de quarantaine nog steeds strikt gehandhaafd. De enige manier om hier levend uit te komen is door het te doden… als dat al mogelijk is.

This standalone adventure, which first premiered at Gen Con 2019, takes players back into the world of H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos where just beyond the edge of Blackwater, something unnatural has gone out of control. After a strange meteor made impact, the town was placed under lockdown by a shadowy government agency—no one was allowed to leave, and only a few select investigators were allowed to enter. That is, until the thing hatched. Now, time is running out as all hell breaks loose in Blackwater. Even as the anomaly continues to grow and devour everything in its path, the quarantine is still strictly enforced. The only way you’re getting out alive is if you kill it…if that’s even possible.
