Terwijl nieuwe en angstaanjagende vrienden en vijanden op de woestenij worden losgelaten, upgraden de echte overlevenden van alle facties hun wapens, vinden ze nieuwe bondgenoten en bereiden ze zich voor op de strijd die komen gaat.
De Brotherhood of Steel zet de Order of the Shield in en roept hun leider Elder Maxon op om hun pacificatie-inspanningen te coördineren. De Super Mutants verzetten zich en stormen naar voren om alles op hun pad te vernietigen. Hun Overlords, in het bijzonder de bloeddorstige Fist, schreeuwen nog harder en slaan nog harder. Tegenover deze agressie graven de Survivors nog dieper om in leven te blijven – in sommige gevallen letterlijk, waarbij ze de steun inroepen van lang verzegelde kluizen om tactieken en personeel van voor de oorlog in te zetten. Niets is te gek in de strijd om in leven te blijven, wat leidt tot ongewone allianties en nieuwe metgezellen. Ondertussen sluipt het Instituut terug in het licht en zet het zijn synths en geheime operatieteams in om zijn duistere zaak te bevorderen.
Alle regels voor eenheden, wapens en uitrusting in de Institute Wave zijn opgenomen in dit kaartenpakket. Ook inbegrepen zijn nieuwe AI-kaarten, chems, mods, evenementen, gevaren en meer, allemaal om de Fallout: Wasteland Warfare-ervaring uit te breiden.

Fallout Wasteland Warfare – Institute Wave Card Expansion Pack
As new and terrifying friends and foes are unleashed on the wasteland, the true survivors from all factions upgrade their weapons, find new allies and gird themselves for the fight to come.
The Brotherhood of Steel deploy the Order of the Shield and call in their leader Elder Maxon to coordinate their pacification efforts. The Super Mutants are sure to resist, rushing forward to smash everything in their path. Shouting louder and hitting even harder are their Overlords, in particularly the bloodthirsty Fist. In the face of such aggression the Survivors will dig even deeper to stay alive – in some cases literally, calling on the support of long sealed vaults to bring pre-war tactics and personnel to the fray. Nothing is beyond the pale in the fight to stay alive, leading to some unusual alliances and all new companions joining the cause. All the while the Institute is creeping back into the light, deploying its synths and covert operations teams to further its shadowy cause.
All the rules for units, weapons, and equipment in the Institute Wave are included in this card pack. Also included are new AI Cards, chems, mods, events, dangers and more, all for expanding the Fallout: Wasteland Warfare experience.
