De Clockwork Expansion 2 is een standalone uitbreiding waarmee je het tegen vier geautomatiseerde facties kunt opnemen. Voeg er een toe om een spel met weinig spelers te voltooien, of werk samen in een coöperatief spel!
Elke bot heeft vier moeilijkheidsgraden en vier karakterkaarten, waardoor ze speciale krachten en strategische eigenaardigheden hebben. Er is ook een nieuwe Better Bot-kaart voor elke factie uit de eerste Clockwork-uitbreiding.
Dit is een uitbreiding. Het vereist het Root bordspel en een of beide van The Riverfolk Expansion en The Underworld Expansion.

Root – The Clockwork Expansion 2
The Clockwork Expansion 2 is a standalone expansion that lets you square off against four automated factions. Add one to round out a game with few players, or team up in cooperative play!
Each bot has four difficulty levels and four trait cards, giving them special powers and strategic quirks. Also included is a new Better Bot trait card for each faction from the first Clockwork Expansion.
This is an expansion. It requires the Root board game as well as one or both of The Riverfolk Expansion and The Underworld Expansion.
